1. Introduction
The RSH Sports mobile messaging programs are operated by RSH Sports, a brand of Resort Spa Home Decor Inc. (“RSH Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Mobile Terms of Service / SMS Terms & Conditions govern participation in our SMS programs.
2. SMS Programs
RSH Sports offers two separate SMS programs.
Marketing and Promotional SMS: Customers who separately opt into this program may receive recurring promotional messages including promotions, discounts, seasonal offers, product announcements, special offers, and other RSH Sports marketing communications.
Customer Care and Informational SMS: Customers who separately opt into this program may receive messages regarding custom design requests, quotes, design proofs, order questions, order updates, shipping notifications, and related customer support.
Customers may opt into either SMS program, both programs, or neither program independently. Enrollment in one program does not enroll a customer in the other. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
3. How to Opt In
Customers opt in by entering their mobile telephone number on an RSH Sports web form and voluntarily selecting the applicable SMS consent checkbox. Marketing SMS consent and Customer Care/Informational SMS consent are collected using separate checkboxes that are unchecked by default. Customers may submit the underlying form without selecting either SMS checkbox. Each consent disclosure identifies the type of messages being requested, states that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, provides STOP and HELP instructions, and links to our Privacy Policy and these Mobile Terms of Service.
You may opt out of RSH Sports text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message you receive. This stops both Customer Care/Informational and Marketing/Promotional messages sent through that messaging service. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further SMS messages will be sent through that service unless you provide new consent to resume messaging.

Consent to Customer Care/Informational messages and Marketing/Promotional messages is collected separately. Opting back in to one program does not enroll you in the other.

Message frequency varies. The Program sends recurring messages, and additional messages may be sent based on your interaction with us (for example, follow-ups regarding a quote or inquiry)
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan. RSH Sports is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
By opting in, you consent to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided. No mobile information will be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. For more information on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's authorization to enroll that number, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to change these Mobile Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued enrollment in the Program following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.
