The RSH Sports mobile message program (the "Program") is operated by RSH Sports ("RSH Sports," "we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the Program constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., order and quote updates, customer care, promotions, and cart reminders) from RSH Sports at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You can opt into the Program by submitting your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at https://www.rshsports.com/pages/contact, or through other opt-in methods we make available.

You can cancel the Program at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.

Message frequency varies. The Program sends recurring messages, and additional messages may be sent based on your interaction with us (for example, follow-ups regarding a quote or inquiry)

Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details on your messaging plan. RSH Sports is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided. No mobile information will be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's authorization to enroll that number, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to change these Mobile Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued enrollment in the Program following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.
