Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Orders ship within 2–4 business days

  • Items marked “Ready to Ship” in the product description

Made-to-Order / Uniform Builder Items

  • Orders ship within 15–20 business days

  • Items marked “Made-to-Order” in the product description

  • Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items will ship according to the Made-to-Order timeline

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET, excluding weekends and public holidays

Q: What happens after my order ships?

Q: I forgot to apply my promo code. Can I add it after checkout?

A: No, promo codes cannot be applied after purchase.
