Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Items
- Orders ship within 2–4 business days
- Items marked “Ready to Ship” in the product description
Made-to-Order / Uniform Builder Items
- Orders ship within 15–20 business days
- Items marked “Made-to-Order” in the product description
Please Note
- Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items will ship according to the Made-to-Order timeline
- Business days are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET, excluding weekends and public holidays
Q: What happens after my order ships?
- You will receive an email with your tracking number
- Tracking information may take up to 2 business days to update
- If tracking has not updated after this period, please contact us

Q: What if I’m missing an item or received the wrong item?

Q: I forgot to apply my promo code. Can I add it after checkout?
A: No, promo codes cannot be applied after purchase.
Q: Can discount codes be combined?
A: No, discount codes cannot be stacked. Automatic volume discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
